- 500g Mince
- 1 Grated Carrot
- 1 Grated Zucchini
- 1 Egg
- GF Bread Crumbs
- Tomato Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Onion, Finely Diced
- Massel's Chicken Stock Powder
- Put all in a bowl and use hands to mix.
- Shape into balls with hands, and flatten out. (We actually used an egg ring like a cookie cutter).
- Fry on medium heat until cooked through and browned.
Note: we didn't measure as we went along. Sauces were probably about 1 tablespoon, garlic a teaspoon or two (hubby did that), stock powder about 1 tablespoon, Bread Crumbs about 1/2 a cup. We used lamb mince last night and they were Divine. Riley ate his all up and wanted more (pity we only cooked what we needed and froze the rest).
